The Director of the Rehabilitation and Evaluation Department, Dr. Nasser Al-Ajmi, announced that the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs represented by the Rehabilitation and Evaluation Department, in partnership with the General Secretariat of Awqaf, supported and adopted the project, and a committee was formed to select and accredit technical trainers for incubators, craft workshops and recovery guides for the middle-of-the-road house, according to the conditions of the General Secretariat of Awqaf. Because of the importance of the project to develop behavior and community support in accordance with best practices, noting that the administration supervises ten incubators and craft workshops in various state institutions of both sexes, men and women, such as the incubator of the central prison, the women’s prison, the general prison, the incubator of the guidance and rehabilitation prison, the Kuwait Center for Mental Health and the Addiction Treatment Center.
Al-Ajmi explained: The Rehabilitation and Evaluation Department falls within the scope of its objectives and responsibility to develop, activate and activate these incubators, provide them with the necessary equipment and means, set curricula and plans aimed at activating them, and direct energies towards preparing and evaluating inmates in these institutions towards behavior modification and the acquisition of various skills and crafts, with the aim of reintegrating them into society properly. .
Al-Ajmi added: The meeting for accrediting technical trainers for incubators, craft workshops, and recovery guides for the middle-of-the-road house, in which the approval of conditions, specifications and documents for applicants to fill the position of a trainer according to the required professions and recovery guides for the middle-of-the-road house was discussed.
